Why create LED Corn Light?
Since 2011, we’ve been manufacturing LED Corn Light as replacements for traditional lamps. Initially, our focus was on producing 12-54W bulbs to replace 3-50W CFLs and 50-135W HPLs. We cater to numerous distributors and project contractors. To meet the demand from some contractors for higher power options, we developed 80-200W corn lamps, suitable for replacing 250W-400W HPLs, 150W-400W SONs, and 175W-1000W MHLs.
High-power LED bulbs available in the market face several issues:
1. Their large size makes them incompatible with older fixtures.
2. Their excessive weight can cause the E base to detach, posing safety hazards.
3. When replacing traditional lamps, LED bulbs often have inadequate light distribution.
In response, in 2017, we collaborated with our customers to design a compact, high-lumen LED bulb, which has been affectionately dubbed the “genius bulb” by our clientele.
